Thank you! I’m honored! So, um, I guess this means it’s time to update my blog. That whole first-year teacher thing made it hard to keep up. But I just spent my first day back in the classroom so I think I’m ready again to face teaching AND the blog. I’ve kept up with yours, though. Love it!
Ah yes, the first year of teaching. Were you sick most of the year too? Not enough to call a sub but enough to use a whole box of Kleenex every day? I pinned your Narnia door idea on a collaborative teacher board– I love it.
Wow – I am honored to have made your top ten list! I am happy to have stumbled upon your blog not long ago and I really wish I had more time and energy to spend blogging and making these great connections. I will take a peek at the others that made your list, especially the ones that have teacher knowledge behind them. I will start my student internship this fall and am so excited about it.
